Refsnes Gods has been characterized by hospitality since the 18th century. Hospitality with us includes an atmosphere characterized by historical buzz, top-class service, food and wine, “wrapped” in both modern and classic artistic expressions. ROA Sauna with Cold Plunge Pools

Enjoy the soothing warmth of our garden sauna, surrounded by historic charm and peaceful greenery. Take a refreshing dip in the sea or in one of the two invigorating cold plunge pools before or after your sauna session.

The sauna is open to everyone and can be accessed with a simple code. Capacity: up to 8 people. Changing rooms and showers are available. Please bring a towel and take the time to unwind and recharge.

Our history – Anno 1767

For around 250 years, hospitality has taken center stage at Refsnes, which has been at the center of conviviality in the district ever since the 1770s. The place’s beautiful location on Jeløy’s west side towards the Oslo Fjord, and the magnificent view, have probably contributed a lot to Refsnes Gods being shown so much interest over the years. In particular, the landscape and the distinctive vegetation have attracted many, including great artists such as Edward Munch, Peder Balke, Hans Gude and many more.
